I was wondering if a PCF could be written for double tops and bottoms. I would like to compare today’s low or high with a low or high in the past 12 to 45 days. These lows or highs should be between 98.5% and 105%of the low or high if you could tell me how to write this I would appreciate it. Thank you. Russ

The following formulas take a rather liberal interpretation of a low or high deflection. A low deflection just has to be lower than the lows on either side and a high deflection has to be higher than the highs on either side. Both of the following formulas will return True a fairly high percentage of the time for most symbols:

Highs:
